Riverside Gifts first started in 1985 when we took over Unit 16 of The Malting, Salisbury. We started selling picture frames and collectables, with some silver jewellery. As the jewellery became more popular we opened another shop, the Silver Gift Gallery in 1993.
Riverside Gifts gained popularity with teenagers (and those young at heart!) as we started to sell more gifts, novelty toys, and clothing.
By 1999 we started to print our own t-shirts, hoodies, wallets, rucksacks and ties, for both Riverside Gifts, and my son’s shop MB T Shirts in The Podium in Bath. A lot of what we sell are my own designs, that are now sold worldwide.
We launched our first website in 2003, and then started an ebay shop named Flash Trash T Shirts two years later. With this new website you can now order your t shirts, gifts and customisedhoodies online!
Sadly, Riverside Gifts in Salisbury has now closed down after 25 years, although we are continuing the printing and online businesses.
